Hi Guys!
Newbie here. Basically I'm from the UK (everyone sighing yet? ) I need to resleeve my block (B18C4). I have been given 2 options of sleeves (Darton) MID or Flanged... I don't plan to run mega boost, probably just a conservative 14PSi MAX (hopefully about 400bhp+)


Price is a heck of difference! do I really need to go for the MID which is $1000! or just stick with flanged ($700)

400 at the Fly!!! (yes we have a weird way of calculating HP)

anyway what do you suggest??? Flanged or MID?

 

$300 is not that much money to have a better sleeve.

 

Call Earl, and put some Bensons sleeves on you block.
For me they are the best ones you can get.

He will make you a good price.

He and Dad Bensons made my entire block for a good price.
and don´t forget i´m living in Germany.

 

I would reccomend GE sleves

 

if you cant send your block to the us to earl , and you have to go with the darton sleeves get the mid sleeves it will we worth the $, the way i look at it your bottom end is what holds your boost and you want that the best that it can be
