Default Question about coolant loss

If theres coolant loss and no external leaks (this is with new headgasket), oil isn't mixing with coolant, does that eliminate to sleves or cracked cylinder head?

Bump for my own seemingly random coolant loss that occurs very sporadically.

You sure none is being pushed out of the reservoir? Let the car warm up at idle with the radiator cap off and see what happens.. Just my $.02

in one day it went from between min-max to below min.. this is overflow when car is cooled down..

i've had external leak before, which i have fixed, so this had to be internal..

what do i look for when i start car with radiator cap off?

o.k., i tried to do that, and coolant started leaking all over the place as the car kept warming up.. i'm gonna have to come up with a way to make it less of a mess..

also, would doing coolant test damage anything? like make things worse if theres already a leak..

we should all do a group GE refund

my oil looks fine, but there's traces of oil in my radiator. also, my car cannot take straight driving like an hour straight on the freeway or else it will overheat

i'm going to do coolant pressure test.. the kit cost $100 from my local auto store, so i gotta find a place to rent one.. basically, its a pump with gauge, goes on top of radiator cap.. then you get it to pressure according to helms manual, and if you see pressure drop.. that means you have a leak, you may also see or hear it..
