Question about boost and ecu..HELP!
My cousin has a 94 honda civic dx with the JDM b16a OBD1 and he just bought a complete turbo kit. The question is, can he just send his ecu to someone to get it tuned for boost? If so do u guys know any sites?

Where could i get a basemap for it and u mean like dyno tuned? No dynos around here i read dyno tuning isnt a must.
