Default question about a automatic integra radiator

hey guys i got a 94 teg radiator for my civic to try to keep the temps down and i noticed that there is two "nipples" coming out of the bottom of the radiator, i looked in my haynes book and it says they are for automatic transmissions can i use those lines since my turbo is water cooled? is one a inlet and one is a outlet?
thanks guys

to cool it off, as the fluid is much hotter in the tranny then the coolant is in the radiator.

I guess so. Just ignore the nipples all together. i run one of those "auto" radiators on my manual teg.
