Quaife question: Need some advice
Will an quaife lsd (60.309.180) ITR 1998-2001 fit in my b16 y21 tranny. Maybe I need to modify the casing?

No. Not without changing out to ITR/GSR I believe ring gear and FD B16A and LS are same diffs and GSR and ITR are same
