even though i know you'll never attempt this because you're a bench racer and a tool i'll still say something about this

on a 4cyl 4 turbos is too much and useless. you'll get more efficiant power out of 2... and even more out of 1 big one.

If you're dead set on pretending like you're going to build a sequential system for a honda motor... go for two. 2 small turbos is already overkill but at least (if you're talented) you can eliminate some lag by having 2 smaller turbos maybe at 12-15 psi each, instead of one big guy at a laggy 30 psi.

4? Not necessary. Yes it's possible.... you could put 8 turbos on a car... but it sure as hell isn't going to help you.

Most retarded thread ever. I have seen that shoe box with the 8 turbos it was cool, but it was a SHOW car as stated. If multiple turbos was the way to go, then why would people with twins switch to single turbo setups? There's a reason people don't do stuff that is different, it usually sucks.

but i agree.. 4 turbos is waste. 2 if u wanna impress people but id stick with a single turbo. the money your gunna spend is best spent on building a motor with a good fuel management also to keep it from blowing up.

Lets think about this:

4 Turbos:
-Massive rise in heat, heat soak like a bitch, not to mention overheating.
-Requiring one wicked intercooler, or 4 seperate smaller ones which will not only make a radiator useless, but will add 70' of piping to the car.
- Even 4 TINY turbos would choke the engine to do backpressure, you'd have 10hp until 3500rpm.
- Getting oil to all FOUR turbos would be a bitch.
- Obviously you are not gonna have enough space.
- Would definetly be overkill on a sub 2 liter 4 cylinder. Why would you honestly need 4 turbos, give me a good reason. You said 4 equal sized turbos. Maybe if you had like 2 tiny turbo's spooling two huge ones or something.


The only reason I could see having 4 turbos on any honda would be for looks.
