Q for you 500 HP FI's
I was wondering about transmission and when you get up to that high horsepower number, what do you do to strengthen the tranny? I want to take my D series and boost 20 PSI on a bullet proof bottom end, but what about the tranny? I dont want to throw my gears all over.

That slaab turbo isnt gonna do anything at 20 psi. FYI. And its certainly not gonna make enough hp to hurt your trans.

Even if you're making a ton of power the old reliable combo seems to be stock trans, a quaife, good pucked clutch, and some DSS axles.

A quaife is a differential that make the front end postive traction, like in the old school cars.
