Default PT-67

I just got my Full-Race kit in the mail from Geoff and I must say the kit is well put together. I didn't speak the whole time I was opening the box. (lol) Does anyone here have experience with this turbo. I have this turbo but with a T3 housing instead of the T4 cause I'm boosting it on a stock B16 for right now. It also has a stage 5 wheel and T04S compessor housing with .70 compressor side and .63 hot side. Let me know your thoughts on this turbo

P.S. Thank's to Geoff...

I'm gonna see if I can get it to be tuned to 14psi on the stock motor with the hondata. With good tuning I think it can be done well. But it doesn't really have to strain on this motor. You would be surprised if it starts spooling low end

For right now I have the valve train to take the revs up a little more. But I'm just concerned on the rings taking it

I am making 312whp and 220tq at 8psi and 355whp and 240 tq at 11psi. I would say that the turbo has an incredible efficiency band.

Wow that's really some badd azz power your making at low boost. Tell me a little about your setup and what computer your running. I knew this turbo would be good for low boost too

1995 Civic Hatchback CX

Mods: Stock GSR block, 3mm head gasket, ARP headstuds, Edlebrock IM, Full Race manifold, 3" dp., 3" Thermal Exhaust, PWR Intercooler, Tial 40mm wg and bov, Full Race T3/T-Series turbo, 720cc injectors, Warlboro 255lph fuel pump, and Hondata S100.

BTW, your going to be terribly disappointed with your spool time with a stock bore b16a. The turbo is fairly laggy on a 1.8 displacement.

That is laggy. I think on a 2.0L might help some.
Good numbers.

Yeah I have that turbo but in the T4 version .68 A/R P trim turbine wheel.
B16A 84mm 10.2:1 CR, Full Race mani, 3" dp, Full Race T67

26psi and 28psi, the motor popped a headgasket which I am changing out now. I am making a couple mods for no more blown gaskets

I had made posts before about my spool times

"At 5500=8psi, 6000=15psi, 6500=23psi, 6750=27psi so alittle better, especially if I had a WORKING Electronic Boost Controller with some GAIN control, this was done on a Turbo XS standard Manual Boost controller, not even their ball and spring MBC"

Why are worried about the T3? I figured it would have full boost around say 5500-6000 and still have 3-4 rpms to play with

Still isnt compariable to the t67 trim, its a much larger compressor trim. Also what is your turbine blade 76 or 79mm wheel?

oh i know i was agreeing with you.

that is just way to much turbo for a stock b16
my car feels laggy, but i like the powa!

i dunno about the wheel size, i know that its a smaller sc61 if that helps any.
