Default PSI

Is it true that 8 psi is alot more on a larger turbo than a small one??? How come ppl say 8 psi is safe for stock internals? If 8psi can be different on different turbos?

because their not educated. boost pressure is irrelevant, it's more of whp and tuning.

Yup, if you were to stick a 8 psi spring in a wastegate and run a T3 turbo then compare it to something like a T3/T4 turbo, the T3/T4 will end up making more power. The amount of airflow will be different, but the pressure of that airflow will be the same.

...or something like that.
