Nope, why would you ask ? Even if they were just fused, it would pose no problem since they are not under any load.

Damn, welds look nice. I do have to ask you get pics of the beard put on here, lol. Are you going to be making ramhorns soon?

As for the BOV, Its hard to find the real thing new anymore, as they aren't easy to find besides overpriced model-specific kits.

Nice weld job and the turn down on the down pipe looks good. Slight bend and wont have any problems with ground clearance.

The downpipe points down and to the passenger side a tad, this way all air should be routed outside the car, not underneath.

Haha yeah I hope the fumes wont be too bad in Chicago summers with the windows down and no AC! Hopefully by then ill be running the 3" exhaust.

Its not too bad. You eventually get used to it. Its to the point where I could drive my car all the time and never notice it, but as soon as friends rode they complained about how high they were getting from the fumes. Could explain how wild I am at the hangouts sometimes though lol.

HAHA the reason the bitch is called panda is because ive got black slipstreams, carbon fiber hood and oem style carbon fiber lip on a white integra with black interior. and the teg is fat and overweight like a panda.

Leave it to Bob at RC Autoworks to add Panda Express lol.

For some reason, I could always smell fumes when I had an open dp, exited ~3" after where a stock b-pipe would start. I had no leaks up front either, after disassembly, I could see what all the carbon soot was contained at each mating surface. If nothing else, grab a 5' section of 3" ($15 at the most from an exhaust place) and exit after the middle hangers (after the shift ****).

Don't worry about any cracking, esp if you suspend it w/rubber from those hangers. I had my goofy-shaped dp (270 degrees, 180 in pie-cuts) slapping around for 200 miles w/stock motor mounts w/flex pipe and it was fine.
