Default -- Project "Tegan" -- (sohc gt28rs)

My new project has finally begun. Bought this cx hatch from a friend for $400.

I just got my gasket kit and ordered all my bearings for my engine build.
setup is as followed:

d16y7 block
stock sleeves
cp pistons
eagle rods
ACL bearings

d16z6 head
zex 59300 cam
zex springs

turbo kit:
gt28rs T3 .63ar
spoolin ramihorn mani
spoolin 3" downpipe/dumptube
spoolin charge piping
tial wg
tial bov
precision ic

walbro fuel pump
arp headstuds
rc 750s
act flywheel
act 6-puck
full race traction bars
3" custom ss exhaust
N1 gold turbo muffler

The engine should be built in the next couple of weeks by me. Just waiting on some tools i ordered to get here to start. Turbo kit should be installed closer to summer time. cant wait!

Damn it looks just like my setup !

I would get the GT28RS .82ar not the .63

even with the .82ar it doesnt feel laggy at all. Im affraid that if you go with the .63ar it wont get the power that high....

Sweet man. I'm going to be doing a very similar build. I'm just using a Z6 block and a GT3071R.
