ati procharger kits are very nice and good quality.

I would use one, but in a different application more suited to the supercharger.

My uncle has a procharger kit on his 68 camaro and it made over 1100 whp, their kits are very nice quality, but they are just getting into the import scene so they are not that well known.

Yes, which is why I TOTALLY wouldn't recommend one for a high-revving motor like a honda.

i seen it on a ek with a gsr motor in the shop. The charger itself is mounted inside the driver's fender well. The guy told me they are good for 30 lbs.

its definatly not like the vortec kit, so dont post unless you know what your talking about, the biggest diffrence is that there is no stupid rod goign across the front of the motor, just with that rod you loose a ton of power, vortec is trash. I have a procharger on my 95 gsr and make 300 whp with 10 pounds of boost and stock internals, just a better headgasket and headstuds.

i didn't know you held shares of procharger stock(sarcasm), don't take it personal specially on a product that is still brand new. not many people know that procharger, now makes a charger kit for hondas and acuras. from the only picture i have seen of it, it seems like they did their homework! i wish it will fit my crvtec fitted crx, but there is so little info to go on! on a lighter note:VtecInteg95, can you post some pictures of the kit in your car?, and the dyno graph if you have it? did you do any upgrades(fuel, spark, engine management) to be able to run this charger? TIA!

hondata s200
450cc injectors
resistor pack
dyno tuned on my uncles dyno in hawthorne nj
i will post pics as soon as i can take some.

and as for the jrsc unit, dont assume it was for me, my cousin has a 94 gsr and is lookign to do a supercharger but for less money.

and i udnerstand what you are saying about it beign new, because you are 100 % right, there is barely any testing and it hasent been around long enough to have a reputation, but i just got alittle slaty seeing someoen say it was just like a vortec, the only same component really is the supercharger, and the vortec comes with a bigger charger. Sorry to get angry.

no problem dude, i would love to see those pictures. like i said before, i hope someone figures out if this kit does fit in a crx. since it was done with the vortex(black widow crx), i hope some one will do the procharger on a crx. this kit should be the bomb!

the only problem i think oyu might run into with the procharger kit would be where hte blower mounts, since there is little room in front of hte engines in hondas, the procharger kti actually mounts the charger outside of the fender wall, right in the open box type area in the front bumper/fender. If the crx still has the same size area, and frame shape in that area, the charger mount might actually fit in there.

hey, if it doesn't fit, i'll just stick a sohc vtec engine in the crx and i'll move the crvtec to a eg or ek!

I have seen one a day ago on an SI, the kit is nice but I still prefer turbo for forced induction. The procharger runs off of a belt drive system that runs through the stock ps/ac/crank shaft pulley system. Its pretty simple, and looks well engineered.
