problems w/ greddy type-s bov
just put on turbo last week, and the turbo is whistles when i step on the gas...it seems air is being released...also when i shift it's more of a double release...."pshhhhh pshhhhh", i've played with the Hard & Soft features on the BOV, but no luck...for those who have type-s bov's how far is the alan wrench screw sticking up from the nut?
ps: VTC still no luck stil whistles w/ the measurement u gave me

cant compare measurements,it wont work like that,to adjust it,u got to idle motor, then turn adjustment towards soft until u feel air coming out of valve,u might have to raise idle a little to feel anything, then turn it towards hard until the air stops flowing out,as soon as it stops flowing out give it an extra 1/2 to 1 turn and u should be done.
also,u sure u got the vacuum line hooked up to the right port? u left the little one that comes out on 45 degree angle open, right?

yup, it's hooked up to the top one only and is "T" into the FPR and manifold vacuum line, still making a dual pshhhhhh sphhhh though, it's not smooth or continuing....i'll just have to play w/ it...thanks
