Default Problems with MaxRev?

Have any of you guys ever had any problems with MaxRev?

I bought one of their turbo kits off someone on Prelude Online (brand new, never used) and it was missing some parts, so I called up MaxRev and I told them about my situation and they said they would send me the parts as long as I pay for the shipping and stuff.

So I agreed, and I asked them to overnight it to me (I would pay for it of course) and they said it would be here by friday (it is now wednesday), and I've called them everyday this week but they are avoiding my phone calls. What's up with this? Any of you guys had problems like this with MaxRev?

looks like you are in canada. Most likely it is in customs. Can't know for sure though. Call curtis.

I have tried contacting them, but to no avail.
I've called 2-3 times a day with no answer on their phones.

I talked to him 2 weeks ago, and he said he would call me back on the monday to let me know the status of the parts, no phone call monday. I called him on tuesday and he said he forgot to ship it out and would send it wednesday. That is when I asked him to overnight it because I needed it by friday. No package friday. Monday I called him, no answer on the phone, no package. Tuesday, no package, no answer on the phone. Wednesday, no package, no answer on the phone. I don't know what else to do.

well all I want from them is a tracking number.
But I've left a message everyday asking them to call me back, but with no response.
All I want is to get my turbo in!!

I'm actually very surprised that they haven't contacted you yet. When I had trouble with my manifold, they sent me a new one immediatly, and kept in good commuincation the whole time. Keep trying - I'm sure that there's a good reason for all of the trouble you've had; I can't imagine Curtis intentionally treating a customer like that

well when I talked to him, Curtis was VERY helpful to me.
I'm sure he has a legitimate reason, but I'm just wondering where my stuff is. And also wondering why he hasn't returned any of my phone calls or picked up any of my phone calls for the past 3 days.

I called curtis once about an inlet flange gasket, he siad he didn't have any in stock but he would try to find some for me and he would call me back in a few days. Well, he never called back, so i called again but he was working on the CNC and would call me back later, never called.

He seems cool and really helpful but he never called me back after the 2 times i called him.

For a T3 exhaust manifold gasket, get a '83 Thunderbird turbo coupe gasket kit from either a Ford parts dept or any Napa, O'Reilly's, etc. They used a straight T3 turbo. That's how I got one for a friend.
