problems installing edelbrock manifold

problems installing edelbrock manifold
I am trying to install a edelbrock manifold on a b16. I am having problems with the brass fitting that they provide for the coolant line to the throttle body. It hits the water pipe during installation.If anybody has installed one and figured this out please help.
