Default problems after swapping back in stock fuel system please help!

Ok there is a guy wanting to buy my car and drive 6+ hours back to where he lives, the car had dsm 450s resistor box, walbro pump, everything ran good when i installed it except that it hadnt been tuned and only had a basemap that ran pretty damn rich in spots.. So i told him i would throw back in the stock injectors and ecu and just unhook a charge pipe so he could get home alot safer. I out back in the stock injectors, pump, and removed the resistor box... now the car after running for about a minute will start to run very lean, my uego says around 16 to 17 then it starts to bog and want to die.. not good.. the only thing i can think of is the injector wires on hooked back up to the right wires on the dead end connector side, i switched them around a few times and still the same thing... anyone know if these wires have to be in the right order? and if not anyone know why its running lean? I cant see/hear any leaks from the injectors or pump everything sounds like its sealing properly.. its a b18b and im using the stock pr4 ecu
