Default PROBLEM ....please help

first my setup:
95 LS in a 92 dx HB. Custom setup, TDO4 turbo, Blitz BOV, Deltagate wastegate 7psi spring. 80psi of fuel using a cartech raising rate regulator, stock injectors, stock fuel pump. custom manifold, 2 1/2" downpipe, greddy SP exhaust, MSD 6A retarded ignition -1.

heres the deal ; when i get going the car surges, ( sputters, like a machine gun : dddd-dddd-dddd). fuel pressure stays at 80psi when surging like this. Could it be injectors sticking ? checked fuel filter- got as new one, all plugs are ok and firing.
compression good all across.
Today i tried to just push through the bogging/surging and it went through and boosted and held at only 5psi. (the deltagate is new and works), after it hit 5psi i held there for a little bit, and turned and got on it a little bit bogged out again, i pushed through it a little and let off and it backfired while i was pushing through the surging/bogging.
any info would be great.

my buddy has a 93 LS with the same problem and he has a brand new DRAG kit with inline 255lph pump.

Machine gun? Are you leaning?

If it runs smooth while under 3K and feels like its running on 3 cylinders when at 3K and up till 5K, then you feel a big surge, it could be a Bad O2 sensor. I had the same problem and found out my O2 sensor was dead.
