Is this a problem, Looks like white smoke :(
Info on the car: Turbo LS with internals done (pistons, rods, block guard) and GUTTED CAT with 2.75 inch exhaust pipe.
Ok, I asked my mechanic awhile back about the white smoke and he said it was just an increase in the carbon monoxide fumes from the gutted cat and that there was nothing to be worried about.
I don't see a puff or a cloud of smoke while I'm drive (when I look in the rear view mirror) but when I do park in my garage I notice white (maybe grey) smoke gradually filling the room up. I checked the coolant and the levels are normal. No smoke is coming from the engine. When I first start the car there is no smoke but the longer the car idles, the smoke will start to appear. So am I just being paranoid bc the car drives great?

If your cat is gutted or you dont have one. It will smoke more..
When i removed the car on my srt it made more smoke... But it was a light blue / white.

other people hav had this problem i think someone said it was the valve seals, do you see anything leaking visibly? check the plugs, oil and do a compression/leakdown test

Running rich will tend to do the same thing, I think. My car does the samebut it is running very rich right now. I recently changed the headgasket, using lots of copper spray, and nothing changed. I had a valvejob done withnew seals, And I am wondering if the seals could be bad. What are good indications? Burns some blue smoke if I romp first and second prettyhard, but compressionand leakdown on my motor is well within spec.
