Default Problem lining up oil inlet and drain

I am in the process of installing a garrett t3/t4 turbo on my integra. I am having a problem getting the oil inlet and drain outlet in the correct spot. Now the inlet is pointing toward the block and the drain is toward the radiator. I loosened the bolts on the compressor housing but i wasn't able to get it to turn. Any suggestions on how to line this up correctly?

You're gonna have to loosen the bolts on your turbine side too so that you can clock the turbine side. Once the turbine and compressor sides are both loose you can clock bth sides and the middle to whatever position you want.
