Default problem adjusting blow off valve

Ive got an HKS super blow off valve. There is no lock nut or any thing that sits on top off the BOF to adjust. It does have two screws on the side of the horn, could that possibly be what i need to adjust?

Off the topic, is 10lbs of boost, w/9:1 compression and tuned, ok for daily driving?

I can only tell you what I know from the greddy type-s, i adjusted the bolt on the bov and the locking nut does just that, locks the bolt. 10 lbs is fine for 9:1 "tuned". lots of info on this board, i'm sure you'll find what you need.
