Default problem

alright so i have an ef hatch with the stock d15 in it and i just put together a kit and the kit is: t2 turbo with a 1 3/4in hot side and intake side is 2in. the dp is 2 3/8in and the rest is just straight pipe. log type manifold. 1g bov. some of the piping is metal and some is tube. ok so my problem is that when i give it wot it seems to bog down ALOT and doesnt produce ANY power at all. and when i baby it, it sometimes produces 3pds and when i let off the vac sometimes goes to about 30...so i have no idea why its doing this???...could it be because i have the wastegate unhooked?...any suggestions would help out alot.

thanks
