Default probably a tuner question????

ok right now I have a b20 on a basemap and it runs ok for everyday just crusing...I was just curious as to what my timing should be at...

Setup
jdm b20b
sc34 log mani
2.5in exhaust all the way back
580 injectors with a chrome basemap....

Your base timing should be 16degrees, confirmed with a timing light. As far as timing in the ems, that's a hard approximation, but 1-1.2 degrees of retard per lb of boost will get you started safely.

so if I'm on 10 lbs of boost I should retard the timing bout 10 degrees???

no , YOU SHOULD GET TUNED!!!!!! PERIOD!!!!!!! i've noticed you ask a lot of questions, and that your probably new at this stuff.... get it tuned, don't boost on that basemap, thats exactly what it is. a basemap, to maybe get you to the dyno to have it tuned, thats IT
