Don't waste your money on that ****. There are a ton of those around and they're all made from parts from the hardware store. Just get a brass T, two barb fittings, a cap screw, nut and a ball-bearing and spring. I made one that consists of only 4 parts and it cost me $20 to make 5 of them, works fine.
