Price Question on head work

I need new valve seals , so since its in the shop.
3 angle valve job
mild prt and polish

It all depends if they know about P&P work on boosted h22s. Some P&Ps actually loose power and show a decrease in volumetric efficiency. Info is available on line about some of the specifics about good H22 porting. I think Portflow shares some on line info.
