Default Pressure Wash

wondering if it would be ok to presure wash my turbo? its not on my car, its a volvo turbo and its got some pretty nasty grease on it. if i do this should i plug up the the holes so no water can get into there? thanks

take it apart, bring it to the machine shop and have the compressor & exhaust housing sand blasted. it will get rid of oil, rust and whatever dirty stains u got on there. for the bearing housing, i would just clean it with good ol' carb cleaner.

sweet... how much you think that would cost approx? and could i sandblast the whole thing? like exterior + interior?

sand blasting is cheap, i would say no more than $20. they can do inside and out of the exhaust housing, im not too sure about the compressor side because it has cavities inside that is hard to get to.
