2.5 i/c pipes
front mount intercooler
650cc precision injectors
stock b18c1

im was looking to buy a sc34 with a .63 exhaust but was told try the new Precision Turbo 5431B. i see some of the specs are different and would like some input.
im looking for quick spool full boost under 4500 and 325whp...

i'm doing an identical setup just on a type r

5431b and 5031e are the same price now.

the sc34 is a bit larger than what we need for that power level

the real question is who will win between the older 5031e and newer 5431b

that i don't know. they honestly look extremely similar from what i can tell

talked to precision for a few minutes. the 5031e has an advantage with larger inlet/outlet but the dude said you would be hard pressed to notice any difference what so ever between the two. the 5431 also has an 8 blade wheel vs the 6 blade of the 5031

 

can it reach over 400hp on e85? how does it compare to the sc34

 

if you're going to aim for 400 the sc34 is the better fit, it's larger than both the others. that said it's also going to have more lag. the 5431b could probably achieve 400whp, just have no idea how much pressure you would need to get there. probably quite a bit
