Default Precision sc51 ?

So i'm trading my head for a brand new sc51. Anyone know the specs on one of these or any information? I didn't see it listed on precisions website and my search on here came up blank.

Its for my b18a.

It's either an SC50 or SC61. I don't show an SC51.

Like Ben said, it's either an SC61 or an SC50.

If it's an SC50, it's basically a Garrett Stage 3 turbine wheel and a Garrett T04E 50 trim compressor wheel. The SC50 is a badass turbo. I regret selling mine.

The SC61 only omes with the .63 AR. They no longer make it with the .48 AR.

It's gonna hit pretty late on a B18A. I'm guessing 5000 rpm. You might wanna switch housings. I know Precision will do it for you if you call them up and ask. I had a .48 a/r SC50 and they told me that switching to a .63 a/r at later date was no problem.

I think 5000 might be alittle high. I was thinking more along the lines of 4000

5,000RPM isnt right. He should see Full Boost around 4,000RPM - 4500RPM depending upon his boost level, exhaust setup, etc. I have seen SC61S turbochargers making 16lbs @ 4700RPM - 4800RPM on stock head B18b engines.

You'll be the first to tell us. My guess is still 5000 rpm assuming it has a stage 3 turbine wheel. The stage 2 wheel was an option when I bought mine.

It might actually make boost sooner, but 5000 rpm is my guess as far as when it will be useable.

63 ar stage 3 on a stock LS would spool right around 3.3-3.5k and reach full around 4.6-4.8k. it doesn't take long once the turbo gets going...but there is some lag and you won't notice the power till a bit after 5k.

Did you get the stage 2 turbine or stage 3?

Good info. B18A might have a future in my CRX.
