Default Precision Injector Install Issues Need Help!

I am having a brain fart probably... I went to installed the 580cc Low Impedance Injectors Ball and Seat that I purchased into a OBD1 Prelude H22 Manifold...

However I cannot get the injector in all the way seems to bottom out

1st is the OEM plasic seal in the intake manifold
2nd is the OEM rubber seal

The O ring either on the Precision injector is being either too stuburn or too big. There is also a black spacer that seems to stop the O ring from going any further up... but I think its stoping it from seating...? do I use the OEM plastic bottom seal and rubber seal? Any help would be great...

OEM rubber seal is already on the Precision injector...

The o-ring should be used.

For the life of me couldnt get the injector to sit down with the O ring, took it out and it went in, kept the black spacer as the guide.

Used OEM plastic seal and rubber seal on each.
