Default Precision Exhaust and Garrett Compressor?

Im looking to purchase a turbo, but Im a little iffy about something. The exhaust has precision on it, but the compressor housing says garrett. Is this normal? The part number is on a Green plate, but I cant make them out in the pictures, so he's going to send me the number later. As for now, just wondering what your thoughts are on this situation.

Thanks guys!

Its probably a pre-2006 when Precision still had their contract with Garrett. There's nothing wrong with what you have. On some inconel wheels (like the SC61), even the Garrett compressor cover can fit the cartridge and housing (cartridge from Garrett, Turbine housing from Precision).

Nothing to worry about.

yup... that and most companies use the same parts and just put their name on it... housings are interchangeable assuming they were made for the same wheel
