Default Turbo Guru's come on in...

I have 2 turbos, and im wondering if i can combined them. turbo #1 is a saab t3 wich im told is a .50 trim? with a .60 a/r compressor cover (upgraded) and a .48 a/r exhaust cover (cracked) and a chra (needs rebuild) turbo #2 is a ford svo turbo. but uncomplete, only has a chra and a .63 a/r exhaust housing. heres the big deal...can i take the exhaust wheel, shaft, and compressor wheel, from the saab t3, and put it into the svo centersection, also put the .63 a/r exhaust housing on and put the .60 a/r compressor cover on (from the saab t3) if i can do this, where can i ship it to get checked for balancing, and seals, bearing and such...

Hope this isnt too confusing, but let me know
