Default possibly in need of an engine build

i think i need to have my engine re-built and i was wondering what it would cost. i have a sleeved b16 with rods, 9.0:1pistons along with a built head. the car is turboed but its boosting very late and theres no air leaks. so i did a compression test and it came out 120,120,100,150. i put oil in one of the 120 cylinders and it brought it up to 150 which i think is still too low. im not positive if i need a re-build but i think my piston rings are going. the motor was only built about a year ago. im would like to know if it sounds like i need a re-build with new rings. or if it will be necceasry to bore the sleeves more meaning i will need new pistons also. if nre pistons were needed i would like to use 9.7:1 or higher, any thoughts on this?

was the test done at wot with the motor warm? those numbers sound way too low, and the fact that they are relatively close makes me think either your compression tester is bad or the test wasnt done right ( not knocking you in any way, but ya know)

it wouldnt be a huge problem to change the rings, because i want to switch the pistons. but im concerned with having to bore the block

well, at least it will need a fesh hone. sounds like you might of washed your rings or something. because those numbers seem hella low. have you done a leakdwon test? if not do one
