In regards to the 4G63 video - Thats how any turbo sounds with an open downpipe. My SC34 sounded identical before I had my downpipe connected to my exhaust.

I recently assembled a video of my other turbo car which uses a GT40R with a ported shroud compressor cover. You are close to the decription, but the turbo must be faily large to get that airplane sound. Most smaller turbos such as the GT30R would sound more like a dentist drill:
