Default Port matched manifolds

Figured this might interest some of you so I would post it here, I have been designing a few different style manifolds that are still in the works but should be done soon. I have a few log manifolds going out soon to customers and will have pictures by the end of the week.

A few things that I dislike when I see some of the manifolds out there is flow between runners and flanges. I spent the extra money but still kept the same low price for my manifolds. I also will also have dyno runs for each one of my designs to see what kind of gains people would see from them.

Few pics, all of my flanges are port matched and my log flanges are ported out so you can see the most out of a log manifold. I will have some pictures at the end of the week of the log manifold I'm making.

Later this week I will have some

Head is not ported, but all the head flanges will match stock head ports. And I will be taking the car to a dyno with a few stock, and maybe even aftermarket company manifolds.

Great job with the port matching. Looks awesome. Get those pics up asap. How tall are your collectors? Are you making them yourself?

I'm welding them, there pre-cut. There 4 inch, or 3 inch I think. Port matching is due to bmcrace, great guy over there.

looks pretty good.

only question is, why didn't you put the flange a little more underneath?

I ask because I am curious if this mani and a turbo will fit on my b18 in my EF hatch.

worse case is I would need a half sized radiator to be able to fit it.

do you know how well it would fit?

The customer marked where he wanted it. I just welded it, I normally would not put it there. Customers can ask where they want it, also to add the turbo flange is fully ported also.

Notice around the sides are fully polished and ported.

very nice,

I'll have to pick one up when I get the funds and start putting together my kit. do you have flanges so you can add a 38mm external wastegate to it. I am a much bigger fan of external wastegate then internal

I'm showing what kind of manifold a customer will be using, not trying to sell them. Would it make it better if he posted it in here ?

I also figured it would help more people in here, I know a lot of people that are relatively new to turbo setups, view this forum.

Yeah we have that option, this customer had an internal but we have all external flanges.
