plugs and gap ... plz help

Default plugs and gap ... plz help

i have a stock jdm b16a with a turbo kit on it and im running 5psi ... i havent gone colder plugs yet and was wondering what you guys think i should use ... as far as temp and gap and plug ... any help would be most appreciated

I was told BKR7ES-11plugs with a .028 gap from my tuner. Stock B18C1

Pretty much everyone on this site will tell you to run the BKR-7E, gapped to around .028...expecially with the low amount of boost you are running .028 should be fine. I run the same gap and i am almost 3X's your psi.

at an auto parts store the two step colder plugs everyone runs most of the time are NGK part number 6097 aka bkr7e
