Default plug gap for h22a 8psi?

can anyone help me out with gapping my plugs for my h22a? i'm breaking up at 5200 and up, i'm thinkin i could be blowing out my spark? i using stock spec plugs, first time tuning, i know i need to get colder plugs, i'm geting some today cuz my plugs i think are dead now anyways. any recomendations for plugs would be great also.
if anyone has anything to offer u can shoot me an im or reply here.

Go to NGK's web site. Get there phone number and call and ask for Tech support, they can tell you everything you want to know. I have spoken to them more then a few times. They are really helpful.

get some 7 series copper ngk's and gap to around .028-.030
