Plenum Volume of Fullrace/VictorX/AIR Intake manifold

Anyone have the plenum volumes of these things? Obviously they are also going on different sized motors, from 1.6 to 2.0 or maybe a bit larger. So what plenum size/runner length combo has been working best?
