please help me! newbie here!
damn, i just bought a crx with a b16 t3/t4 turbo set up. previous owner said all electronics were stolen. dont know if hes telling truth or not but it doesnt really matter. car is pretty slow even with the turbo. i know i need to be tuned. but where do i start? i need big help, im a pretty mechanical person so just a little guidance would help. its my first honda and always wanted a turbod crx. on a tighter budget but i was thinkin i should start with a v-afc....? am i right? how hard are they to install? any input would help greatly! i hope this forum helps me out like all my previous ones. im looking forward to joining the honda family!!!!
id get something a little better than a vafc..
do you know if its obd1, or what?
If not, convert to obd1 and get a chipped ecu. Go to a tuner and get it dyno tuned.
You should be able to search and find out any info you need.

Like i said.. you really need to search and read all the faqs you can.
You can get a chipped obd1 ecu for 175 from phearable. You'll also need a conversion harness.
Tuning costs vary depending on what type of engine management you choose to use. Also, the types of ems's the tuners in your area come into play as well.. Look in the tuner directory and find a tuner local to you. He could answer all the questions ytou have to ask.
