my set is a full-race mainfold with a T4 turbo. the turbo spools to 20psi comfortably, but can't seem to make any more boost. the turbo is good to 35psi. i have checked everything. new bc, leaks, wastegate etc. everything is fine. i even went as far as taking out the wg and blocking off the wg opening. still the turbo would only hit 20 psi. this test should have caused the turbo to hit 30+ psi. next i then took off the turbo and inspected it. both compressor and turbine fins are ok.minimal shaft play. exhaust and compressor housing ok. i am baffled as to why this is happening. i would appreciate any insight as to what may be causing this.
