Default piston fried

two weeks ago i took my car to famoso came back and the clutch was slipping(so i thought) and there was white smoke coming out from under the hood. so i figured it was just my stock clutch not liking my turbo. so today i take it to the shop to have them install a clutch, and i get a call from the guy, and he tells me that the smoke is coming out from the breather, which can mean that one or more pistons was fried & running at a lower CR, more than likely due to the fact that it was probably running lean. i get the jidgst of it, but i'm not going to even pretend i understand completely what is going on. so i need new pistons/rings probably, and he recommended new fuel injectors.
so what exactly is going on here? and anyone know what i will need and how this will be fixed? any help would be greatly appreciated.
i have a 2001 Acura Integra GSR with a DragIII turbo set up(everything else is stock), i had it installed at Signal Auto in Torrance, but have had nothing but problems afterwards (leaky exhaust manifold gasket, loose fuel lines spraying everywhere{sweet!}, and plenty of everything else)

look into a quality fuel system like hondata, which you will need some bigger injectors for.

smoking coming out means oil being burnt i think. which means the piston rings might be leaking and oil is coming from the block past the piston into the combustion chamber. one of the possibilities. i dont u burnt a piston, i melted some valves onto my head once though. that was fun

ahh the memories of not using a standalone ECU..

(FYI, that is not a Honda piston, I use Toyota pistons in my D16Y8)
