Default piecing together d series kit need help!!

Well i have a 14b turbo anda hf manifold anyone sell a flange???or how do i make one? also they are both water and oil cooled can i just block off the water passages? if not where do i put them into??? what is the stock internal wastegate set at? thank you for all your help

I wouldn't block off the water passages. Why? Because it's too easy to go ahead and install them (cheap insurance). There's a small coolant line that runs into the bottom of your throttle body. Remove the hose and run lines to connect the water passages. Don't worry about in or out because you can't get them "backwards". It'll take you all of 15 minutes. BTW, if you don't have the hard lines that connect to water passages on the turbo then you'll either need to find a set or leave them blocked.

The stock wastegate spring well set your boost in the neighborhood of 6 - 8 psi (with the vacuum line properly connected to the intake manifold). It's hard to get more specific than that because I've seen more than one of these wastegates in action and they all seem to calibrate a little differently. Not enough to worry about though.

can i use a dsm downpipe on my 99 hatch to connect to the o2 housing? an are 450 injectors good enough for fuel managment or do i need an fmu?
