Default Pictures of my T3/T4

I polished the turbo and the wastegate, and I'm porting and polishing the manifold so it dosen't have any problems with boost creep. I wish I had a Tial, but that will be next.

Personaly porting the exhaust manifold will make better flow as creating more work for the wastgate. U want to get rid of creep loose the delta gate.

Whats exhaust u going to be using and will u plumb the wastegate back in?

there is nothing wrong with the deltagate. First off ditch the damn fittings that come with it they are just too small go with largest line you can fit to the WG and it will solve your creep issues.

I want to get an apexi world sport (sleeper style) and have a ecut put in on the downpipe. I'm not sure yet, but I think I'm going to run the wastegate pipe back into the exhuast

Yeah go to the hardware store get some 1/8 NPT fittings that have a larger opening and also take that plug off the outlet of the turbo and run ur vacum source from there alot better responce.
Looks all bling bling. If ur going to use a 3" exhaust id plumb it back in if ur going for low boost.

I started with 220 grit to get all the imperfections out, then 400 grit, then 600, then 800, then 1000, I wet sanded with the 1000 grit. before you move to the next grit make sure ever thing is really smooth. use long even strokes. then buffed it with a polishing wheel, and then rub in some mother magnium polish. Mothers polish is Awesome!! It probly took me about 15 hour to do all this.
