Keep that car! It seems like you put A TON of work into it! It must mean SOMETHING to you.
Just strip out the interior, give it nice coat of paint in the interior, and replace all the other parts with better equipment.
You might not see it this way, but I HATE to see another enthusist "give up" just because of a single inccident.
Do what ever makes you happy......
