I made the manifold myself. the wastegate is a Tial 46mm. I got the cylinder head flange for the manifold from Tial as well. Those guys make some awesome stuff.

Geocities doesn't allow pictures to be linked on other web sites. I guess that's why they are one of the few free webhosting services available.
Pics can be viewed if you go directly to the geocities site by cutting and pasting.

Re: Pic of my turbo EK4 (nathan's boosted civic)
Thanks for the info nathan, sweet ride by the way. So is this a common turbo? All i know it was custom turbo, so all I know it could come from a truck. I'm also havin trouble with my car. It hisses pretty bad when I step on the gas, it's coming somewhere near the turbo. Smells like the exhaust in my car too. So there some kind of leak? I checked and didn't find anything wrong. Sorry, new to turbo.

Re: Pic of my turbo EK4 (Fobstylez)
The hissing sound is the air being sucked into through your air filter and into the turbo.. try sucking in air through a straw, you'll understand what I mean.. its normal. The fuel smell in the car.. that doesn't sound normal, although after I've kicked down and drive normally again followed by turning the airconditioning on, I do get a brief smell of gas coming into the car (only for the first 3-4 seconds, then it goes away)

Well I never had the hissing noise before, Just recently like a week or two it's been makin the noise. If it was there before I wouldn't say anything but it's new a thing. Sounds like air is escaping, so should I worry? I dont think i'm losing air, i hope not. thanks, o yah sweet ride again.
