Re: people with built b18b (boost fed ls)
I can not speak for others here but if you are trying to get info on some of the race motors I do not think that is going to happen. We try alot of things to get the most power out of our motors and guard what we do very closely. What I can say is we have run low 9's with a stock bore and stroke B18

my b18b made ~ 370 whp at 18 psi - 12.31 @ 118.7 mph consistently
full weight 2000 integra - 2680 + driver
precision sc61
inline pro manifold
3 inch exhaust
darton 84mm sleeved ls block
ARP head and main studs
crv headgasket - (cometic blew after 2500 km)
cp pistons 9.0:1
pauter rods
knife edged ls crank
honda bearings
ported head (valve guides still intact)
stock valves
stock cams
rev valve strings and titanium retainers
jg 65mm throttlebody
jg edelbrock intake manifold
gator racing modified stage 2 axles
quaife differential (ls transmission)
ACT clutch
only things i really want to change is i want a set of cams and possibly a Si (b16) tranny...

Re: people with built b18b (95GSRTT)
ya... it was conservative... and my mbc was maxed out, so the boost wouldnt go any higher... i have fixed it now, and am running around 20 psi.. but i havnt been back to the dyno.. its still a lot of power... its actualy scary to go flat out on the street.. the highway is fine, but its just so fast on a public road...
i gave a zo6 vette a hit on the highway and i walked him hard...

Your whp is around my whp goal, I would be happy with any thing over 350 whp. Is there any advice you could give me when building my motor? I have not decided if i going to have it sent away or have some one help build it since this would be my first motor.

Re: people with built b18b (Clone)
i had the bottom eng assembled for me... its not something i would do myself... especially with sizing bearings... i would hate to ruin the rod or crank over something so simple....
and the car has been running that way for the whole summer... and it is on 94 octane... it has about 4000 km on it now.... (2500 miles)
the plugs look great

Re: people with built b18b (R THIS)
setup is:
motor setup:
b18b1, eagle rods, je pistons 9:1 stock bore, dart sleeves, arp bolts/studs, oem bearings, skunk2 intake mani, aem cam gears, ngk plugs gapped .029
turbo setup:
turbonetics t3to4e .63/.60 57trim, drag mani(yeah i know...but i had to sell my equal length mani for $$$), precision 750hp fmic, msd 3bar map, msd 1008cc injectors, blitz ss bov, tial wg, custom IC piping (2"-> 2.25"-> fmic-> 2.5"), custom 2.5"->3" dp, custom oil cooler, TR&D 3" turbo exhaust, 3" test pipe, AEM EMS 30-1000 w/wideband, greddy profec-b.
i think that's about it.
made 316whp and 242wtq on 10psi. 14 psi should be near or over 350whp once i get it back on the dyno...i'm shooting for 400whp on pump...but it's gonna be hard to do. we'll see though as the new head is being built and crower cams are in my basement
