Honestly Whitfield, do you think I had not been on the phone with them for the past 2 monthes SOLID???? I am always on the phone with Todd at peakboost, probably once or twice a day I called to get my **** sorted. I checked my cellphone bill and I was on the phone with Todd for 1.5 hours total one day. I went through the steps and I still got nowhere so I made this to ask others if they had had issues.
NOW
If you ever need anything from PeakBoost
call KEN
he had sorted everything out, is helping me upgrade my kit because it is so far into our car season to be ready for brawling next year.
Thanks Ken
- Levi
ps. (I will update this thread when everything goes in and I will also throw in a huge 3rd gear anti-lag burnout/ripper w/ walkaround video)

yup i had talked to todd before he wasnt really helpful....im glad hes not with peakboost nemore...i talked to ken few times hes really helpful..talk to him if you gonna order anything from them...
ok, I am going to start out say that I haven't read the entire thread yet but I do have plenty to say about Peakboost as a company.
Of all the aftermarket companies I have dealt with Peakboost has been one of the best I have dealt with. Their customer support on my end have always been second to none. They have always been upfront and honest, they don't bullshit and tell you something that you want to hear, they tell you what is happening and why it is happening.
Of all the times I have called I have always been taken care of right away and if no one was available at the time I always recieved a prompt call back. I was also given a regular call on the progress of what was going on without me ever even having to call them.
I have to say Ken and Todd have always been there for me.
The craftmanship of their product was second to none. I have nothing but good things to say about them.
I recently received my turbo kit from them for my RSX and all I have to say is that it was worth the wait (I knew going into this that it was going to take awhile because I worked with them through the R&D phase of the kit).
The end result was a really well put together kit at a great price. I would recomend them to anyone.
Here are a few pics of the kit that I recieved from them:

First, I would like to thank Levi (Urban Indian) for notifing us of this problem in our kit. Although at first, I was skeptical of the misfitment, due to the fact that we have over 100 of these kits on the market without a single charge pipe issue...
With that being said, after speaking with Levi about his issues, I became a little concerned that the charge pipe really was the problem.
So, i went ahead and came in on Sunday to install the kit on our EG/Bseries chassis, to check fitment. Since I am not personally able to make each and every charge pipe, I wanted to check the fixture for fit. So, I made a HVS charge pipe, installed the HVS manifold, FMIC, and checked fitment with the GT3076R (Levi's turbo), T3/To4E, T3/60-1 and the current charge pipe did not fit with any of them.
This allows us the opportunity to revise the pipe so that future users won't have the same issue. In fact, Levi's new revised pipe will be back out on UPS Next Day Air along with his free upgrades/Tshirts for helping us to make a better product!
Thanks again,
Ken Peak

I have been helping Levi install this kit, and I must say since, Ken took over on the customer service, it has been Second to None.
I'm looking forward to putting this turbo on tomorrow, and doing some rippers in the snow... Ok so we are actually crossing our fingers that it doesn't snow tonight, as some of the surrounding area's have gotten snow already.
This setup will be run for this weekend for the last track event within 8hrs drive, and then the motor will be torn down and we will be building to take advantage of everything that the GT35R has to offer.

Ken is the fking man. Every company will have issues, but how they rectifiy it is how you should judge em.
Peakboost has been around for like what 5-6 years i think ken told me one time.

To PeakBoost:
Despite being a bit hostile to you earlier (felt another h-t guy was going to get screwed) I would like to thank and commend you for taking such a leading command in fixing and revising your pipes.
Thanks for work. I will recommend you in the future

i dont know exactly what to tell you on the missing parts, but as far as fitment (i have the exact same kit) this is hard to explain but hang with me...
on the bottom of your core support the rail that goes across the front is hollow? ok i cut the front half of mine off, not safe i know, but if you want it to work thats the way i got mine to work,.
by cutting the front half off when you remount your intercooler it sits back another 1.5 inches or more giving fitment on the piping a little more room.
took me forever to figure this out but thats the only way to get my kit to mount right sorry if thats not what you wanted to hear

Despite all the Bullshit that went on with AFI and the rumor that apparently peakboost having a hand in them getting banned, this right here is seriously how a business should be run. He didn't run from the problem and admitted that the piping was faulty and got it taken care of.
Seriously, mad props to Peakboost on this one!
