Has anyone ever installed a Peak Boost kit in an EF civic with a b16? If so what was done to make it fit? Pictures would be cool!

Re: Peak Boost turbo kit in EF civic (El_Capitan)
ive never done it myself, but i can tell you the manifold requires at least 7.5" of clearance in front of the block. you may be able to get by with a single core 92+ radiator, but i know w/ my half size koyo it would come nowhere near fitting.
thats about all the info i can offer you

my custom setup has about 1" or less of clearance to the radiator and the turbo
and this is with a 14B/HF manifold setup
if u get the fluidyne half radiator or something , then it aint a problem

Re: Peak Boost turbo kit in EF civic (USDM 4G VTEC)
To install a peakboost kit of a ef you will need to do the following.
-Switch to a half core Civic Radiator.
-Use some kinda traction bar. Z10 has a nice unit that we sold to a customer using the peakboost kit. Due to the 3" downpipe even shaving the crossmember is a pita.
-Relocate the battery to the back.
-Modify the charge pipe from the turbo to the intercooler. The EG,DC, EM, EJ Chassis is a tad wider, the pipe needs to be cut around 3 inches or so.
Thats pretty much it.

Re: Peak Boost turbo kit in EF civic (El_Capitan)
I have a H22 in my CRX with that same turbo kit. I has to cut the front end off of the car and widen it. While I was at it, I added a wide body fit to just kinda compliment the massive front intercooler. I'll give ya some pics of it, just so I'm not bein such a **** tease to ya. The wheels on it in the pictures are kinda small, right now it has 19's in the rear and 16's in front. I was kinda goin for the hot rod look ya know?? In the pics you'll see my street name, Superspeed.....I'm kinda infamous in the street racing scene in my hometown, maybe ya heard of me? Here ya go man.....

i dont think i even need to point this out, but you didnt have to cut or widen anything.because we currently do not offer a PeakBoost manifold for an H-series manifold, never have.
coming very soon though....
