i can't really help, but i'd thought i'd share one thing...

in my experience, 7 different cars to be exact (one was mine, others belonged to friends), the car would run progressively richer as the O2 sensor went out. this leads me to believe the problem is not in the O2 sensor.

someone feel free to say something if you've seen cars run leaner due to bad O2's. (cause like i said, this is just based on personal experience)

Do any of you still have this problem after trying to adjust the position of the TPS?

Since you drilled out the rivets and installed screws and lock nuts in their place...

Brining up something from the dead...

I replaced my Primary 02 sensor with an NGK OEM replacement and my problem went away.

I'm glad you followed up, I have the same issue all of you have, between 1800 and 2500 rpm and 5-15% throttle it will loose all power like hitting a brick wall like you said until I hit the throttle then it comes back to life. I had never had this issue until right after having hondata S300 installed and tuned, did it the first day after tuning, only thing I can think is that my 02 kicked the bucket when they tuned it, it has been about 6 years since I replaced the 02 so I am going to do it again and report back to you guys if it works.

Alright I changed the 02 sensor over 3 weeks ago and not one instance of hesitation since, looks like that was the culprit fellas.
