Oxygen Sensor Problem with B16A Engine and Turbo
Hallo,
as you can see on the following link:
http://www.hondata.com/techo2problem.html
there are some problems with closed loop when installing a Turbo. Because in my setup it is impossible to install the O2 Sensor so that they will read only one cylinber pair...
now my question, what did you B16A Turbo guys do to prevent this? I have no money to buy a Hondata system or something and disabling the CL is not a sollution because of the exhaust gas test and the Gas/Milage ratio.
How can help me.
Thanks
Malte.

Re: Oxygen Sensor Problem with B16A Engine and Turbo (mrx)
Since I cannot search with the words "o2, second" I had to search on oxygen sensor.
I have the same problem. My stock Honda CRX 1.6 VTEC (standard model in Europe) has 2 oxygen sensors. My downpipe has 1 o2 bung in it.
- What have you people done to run the B16 with a turbo?
- Do you have two o2 bungs in your turbo manifold? (1 for each cilinder pair)
- Did you convert the two o2 senors to one? How?
- Do I have to replace my ODB0 with a ODB1?
