Default overheating issue, temp = car bogs and sputters

the other day i replaced my thermostat and cap i notice one of my coolant lines in the rear that mounts to the heater core i think on the firewall.....the hose was crush to like 10% flow i was like geez i wander why i bog i fix it that night works......fine ..next day i drove during the day temp never got pass normal but when its sits at normal operational temp for abit it will start to bog again...i don't get it then i pushed it on a near by street from 0-110 my temp sky high i was like huh when i stoped....it cooled down by itself now its back to normal again temp but still bogs


can anyone help me out

motor pass leak down so no blown head gasket
new thermo stat
and cap
will a blown oil seal on my turbo be a problem i burn hella oil ......out my tail pipe
i runnin regular spark plugs too......my new ngk---7 comes in today

this is killing me help me out bogs like nuts when its warms up in the moring i go to class damn this thing pulls no bog at all ..........until like 8 mins later

vette and viper and ws6 roll up and i bog like crazy .....i can't race them when i try i just look dumb when i bog the **** out of my car

damn im kinda having them same issues, after driving my car for 20+ minutes when i boost it starts getting in the upper temps...no clue whats going on...

its suks you know what i am talking about......my radiator is pretty bruised up lots of bent fins.....but i know thats nothing doing anyhting because i had those been fins b4.......what can be wrong.....

i am gonna drain my coolant later brought some Purple Ice from inlinefour....see what happens i doubt this will do anything.......and change my plugs and oil later.

i have an integra radiator stock with a pusher fan .....u think i might need another one

or something
anyone else please help the two of us
