recently put a greddy 15g kit on my d16z6 and last night i noticed my heat gauge right at the hott mark so i pulled over and let it cool everything drives fine no smoke no leaks where i can see put while driving the temp goes down could this be the thermostat or because the intercoolers blocking the cold air from the radiator or what else could it be any help would be great thanks.

check ur fan, make sure its set up right as a puller or pusher if u had to go to a slim fan.

 

how would it be the head gasket?

 

Head could be lifting under boost. If so, get a new oem headgasket and arp headstuds and that should cure the problem. Is your coolant overflow resiovour over filling?? I had that prob when I had my d16z6.
